Title: Chinese Higher Education vs. American Higher Education

Main Content: Comparison between Chinese higher education and American higher education will be made. At the same time, the speaker will introduce American colleges,postgraduate programs enrollment, campus life, curriculum design, major selection, college students’ work and income, university management, American life as well as Delaware State University (DSU).

  

About Speaker: Dr. Liu Fengshan is the director of applied mathematics research center and also the associate vice president of  Delaware State University. Dr. Liu Fengshan has more than 32 years’ teaching experience and mainly researches into inversion problem, 3D model of ground radar image and image processing.What’s more, Dr. Liu Fengshan has established five international education programs in China and Korea.

  

About DSU: Founded in 1891, the main campus of Delaware State University is located in Dover, Delaware. DSU has signed a short-term cooperation agreement with SWPU. The students majoring in 17 related programs such as applied chemistry, marketing, accounting may apply for the program and study for a semester in DSU and the credits obtained in US are accepted by SWPU.
