From April 25 to 27, China-Sweden International Conference on Materials for Solar Energy Conversion and Utilization was held in SWPU. The conference was hosted by Southwest Petroleum University, Lund University of Sweden, Technical University of Denmark, and the laser institute ELI-ALPS in Hungary. More than 30 experts and scholars and more than 200 teachers and students attended the conference.
Prof. Tonu Pullerits, member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Prof. Han Keli, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Prof. Zhang Liehui, vice president of SWPU as well as other renowned experts attended the conference.
9 keynote presentations and 6 invited presentations were delivered at the conference, and 9 academic posters were exhibited. Prof. Pullerits gave a presentation on Cs as Cation in Perovskite Nanocrystals. Sophie E Canton, senior researcher at Eli-Alps, gave a presentation on Correlating Electronic and Structural Photoinduced Dynamics in Lead Halide Nanocrystals. Prof. Han gave a presentation on Charge-Carrier Dynamics of Lead-free Perovskite. Prof. Liang Ziqi and Prof. Sun Zhengzong, specially-invited experts from Fudan University, gave presentations on Phase Engineering in 2D RP Perovskite Solar Cells and Two Dimensional Electrocatalysis, respectively. Prof. Arkady Yartsev from Lund University, Prof. Tian Jianjun from Beijing University of Technology, and Prof. Yu Hua and Prof. Liu Xingchong from our university also delivered keynote speeches.
At the conference, scholars conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions on the design, development and application of materials for solar energy conversion, bringing fresh ideas and vitality into the development of new energy materials in our university, and increased our academic influences at home and abroad.
