杨冰,男,1985年生,四川南充人,中共党员,博士。现任职于西南石油大学化学化工学院环境工程教研室,副教授,硕士生导师,西南石油大学工业危废处置与资源化利用研究院研究人员。主要从事生态环境保护和污染修复等方面的教学和科研工作,重点关注油气田开发过程中的环境污染防治与废弃物处理处置。先后主持或参与国家及省部级科研项目20余项,发表学术论文50余篇。
