内容简介：本翻译项目的源文本来源于《拖船长期服务合同》，该合同由中外合资企业FJ液化天然气有限公司和VTN拖船有限公司共同签署。它由46项条款和10个附件组成。该翻译项目是由两位译者共同完成。译者选取其中第35至第46项条款及附件“A”至附件“J”作为翻译实践报告的源文本。内容包括不可抗力、弃权、全部协议、间接损失、法律适用、争议的解决、通知及指定的代表、船舶的所有权、第三方服务、陈述及保证、作业区、服务范围、服务费及付款、额外的临时拖轮服务、绩效奖励和违约金、健康、安全、安保和环境（HSSE）要求。
译文修改：
例1：
ST:承包商内部至少是班长或工长及以上级别等具有现场管理职责的人员才具备申请的资质，这些人员在经过我公司作业许可证申请人培训并经考核合格后既具备我公司作业许可证申请人资格，可以独立申请作业许可证。
TT1:Only personnel within the Contractor’s organization who hold on-site management responsibilities, at least at the level of shift leader or foreman, are eligible to apply. These personnel are qualified to apply independently for PTW after being trained and passing the examination by the Company.

TT1:The term “Force Majeure” herein refers to events and circumstances which, from the Effective Date of this Contract, could not have been reasonably foreseen, are beyond the reasonable control of the affected Party yet still related to it, cannot be avoided or prevented by due diligence and reasonable expenditure, and render it impossible or unlawful for the Company and/or the Contractor to perform and fulfill all or part of their obligations.

TT1:In the event of (i) loss or damage to the LNG Terminal and/or Support Vessels caused by a Force Majeure event; or (ii) the repair and/or modification of Support Vessels required due to a change in law, the Contractor shall carry out such repair and/or modification to Support Vessels as soon as possible and ensure that such modification is made to the Vessels to meet the requirements after the change in law in accordance with Clause 23.
TT2:In the event of (i) loss or damage to the LNG Terminal and/or Support Vessels caused by a Force Majeure event; or (ii) a change in law requiring repairs and/or modifications to the Support Vessels, the Contractor shall carry out such repairs and/or modifications to Support Vessels promptly and shall ensure that all modifications comply with the requirements resulting from the change in law, in accordance with Clause 23.

承包商应指定一名承包商经理作为与公司的主要联系人。承包商经理须具备下述经历及资质要求、并应承担以下工作：
(a)具有2年以上的船舶管理工作经验。
(b)每周7天、每天24小时内均能随时到场。
承包商经理（或其代表）应：
(c)对作业区内的服务船及海上作业计划作出安排。
(d)代表承包商协调服务中出现的紧急情况。
(e)确保合同按照公司的健康安全保安和环保要求得到妥当及有效实施。
(f)负责制订维护工作报告、并对合同涉及的所有维护工作及海事内容提出改进建议。

The Contractor shall designate a Contractor’s manager as the primary contact with the Company. The Contractor’s manager shall meet the experience and qualifications described below and perform the following work:
(a)At least 2 years of experience in vessel management.
(b)Availability 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The Contractor’s manager (or the Contractor’s representative) shall be responsible for:
(c)The arrangements for Support Vessels and offshore operations program in the operating area.
(d)The coordination of responses to emergencies during the Services on behalf of the Contractor.
(e)The proper and effective execution of the Contract in accordance with the Company’s requirements for HSSE.
(f)The formulation of maintenance work reports and recommending improvements to all maintenance work and marine matters covered by the Contract.
The convening and participation in coordination meetings between the Company and the Contractor.
TT2:
The Contractor shall designate a Contractor’s manager as the primary contact with the Company. The Contractor’s manager shall have the experience and qualifications described below and perform the following work:
(a)At least 2 years of experience in vessel management.
(b)Availability 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The Contractor’s manager (or the Contractor’s representative) shall be responsible for:
(c)Arranging Support Vessels and offshore operations program in the operating area.
(d)Coordinating responses to emergencies during the Services on behalf of the Contractor.
(e)Ensuring proper and effective execution of the Contract in accordance with the Company’s HSSE requirements.
(f)Formulating maintenance work reports and recommending improvements to all maintenance work and marine matters covered by the Contract.
Convening and participating in coordination meetings between the Company and the Contractor.
研讨反思：
通过这次译名堂，我深刻地意识到，自己在翻译能力以及理论结合实际能力上的不足。
首先，在针对查找专业术语方面还存在明显不足，对此，老师们指出了我的专业术语的译法问题，还为我提供了许多查找专业术语的途径。
其次，我过于强调忠实与原文，显得比较死板，译文缺乏灵活性，从而显得冗余，不太符合目标读者的阅读习惯。在经过老师们的指导之后，我的译文变得更加灵活，更加符合目的语的语言习惯，从而进一步加强了译文在目的语环境中的交际功能。
最后，我在讲解自己的翻译思路时，老师们指出，我的分析并没有很好将理论结合起来，在我每讲解完一个例子后，老师们都会帮我梳理逻辑，完善我的分析，使理论与实践更加完美的结合起来。
